This questionnaire helps us understand your lifestyle, tastes, and how you live, so we can design a home that truly fits you. Some questions are quick; others may require more thought. Please answer as honestly and as fully as you can. If you share your home with a partner, we encourage you to complete it together. It’s fine to leave a question blank if you’re unsure; we’ll work through those details together. All responses are treated with complete confidentiality.
