Accessibility Statement

We want everyone to be able to enjoy this website, whatever device or assistive technology they use. Homes should work beautifully for the people who live in them; we hold our website to the same standard.

Our commitment

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. In practice, that means we work to ensure that:

–    Text and background colours have sufficient contrast to be comfortably readable.

–    Images carry descriptive alternative text for screen readers.

–    Pages use clear headings and a logical structure, and can be navigated by keyboard.

–    Text can be resized up to 200% without loss of content or function.

–    Links and buttons are clearly labelled and describe where they lead.

Where we are now

This website is built on Squarespace, whose templates provide a strong accessible foundation. Some elements are controlled by the platform rather than by us, and some of our older imagery may not yet have full alternative text. We review the site regularly and improve it as we go.
