Design Service

If you’re feeling overwhelmed by decisions, but not looking for full project management, our Design Service gives you the complete design for your home (or specific rooms), while you stay in control of managing the work and timelines.

It’s full interior design — layouts, materials, furniture, colours, sourcing delivered as a clear, detailed plan you can confidently hand to your builder, decorator, or contractor. You get the vision and the roadmap. You run the project at your own pace.

This service is for you if you want expert design, but prefer to handle purchasing and installation yourself. It removes the guesswork, the overwhelm, and the “I hope this works” moments, replacing them with clarity, precision, and a home that feels intentional rather than improvised.

There’s also the option to add procurement (we purchase everything for you) and styling & install once all items have arrived.

Our Process

·       Consultation - to understand your space, needs, and how you actually live

·       Design & input session - collaborative, clear, and practical

·       Measuring & documentation - in person, or guided remotely for online clients

·       Concept Designs - layouts, furniture direction, palette, materials, fabrics

·       One round of feedback - refine, adjust, and get it right

·       Detailed Designs - final layouts, FF&E, elevations, cabinetry drawings

·       Sourcing & procurement - either a full purchasing schedule for you, or we can handle procurement for you

Everything is delivered as a structured, easy‑to‑follow design pack - so you know exactly what to buy, what size it should be, where it goes, and how each room comes together.
