Renovating or redesigning a home involves hundreds of decisions. Our role is to make those decisions early, ensuring every element has been considered before work begins.

Whether you’re renovating a period property, remodelling a family home or redesigning several rooms, we’ll develop a complete design that balances aesthetics with practicality and reflects the way you live.

From the overall layout to the smallest finishing details, every decision is considered in relation to the whole. The result is a clear, comprehensive design that gives your contractor everything they need to deliver your project with confidence.

This service includes the technical drawings, specifications and documentation required for projects involving builders, joiners, electricians and other trades.

Our Process

01. Consultation

Every project begins with a focused design consultation.

This is where we understand how you live, what matters to you, and what isn’t quite working. We’ll look at your space, your plans, and your priorities, then map out the most effective way forward.

This stage helps us to gain clarity, direction, and begin to build a design plan that makes sense. Understanding your needs, your home and your overall vision is fundamental at this stage.

02. Design Session

This is where your project starts to take shape.

We explore your design preferences in-depth, how you want your home to feel, function, and flow.

It’s thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded in how you actually live.

03. Conceptual Design

We translate ideas into a clear, cohesive vision.

You’ll understand our vision for your home and see layouts, concept boards, material directions, the overall design language, how each space connects, and how everything works together.

This stage ensures every decision that follows is intentional, so your feedback must be honest and specific. You will have the chance to give one round of feedback here using our feedback form, enabling us to move forward to the developmental stage with a clear plan.

04. Design Development

We refine and finalise every detail.

Plans are locked in, materials and finishes are selected, and all fixtures, fittings, and bespoke elements are defined. We also prepare your procurement schedule so everything is ready when it needs to be. No guesswork, just clear, considered decisions, so that the plans can be used at the tender stage. Using our feedback form, you will have a final chance to make one round of amendments at this stage.

05. Design Delivery

You’ll receive your completed Design Portfolio and procurement schedule: the definitive reference for you and your trades as the project moves on site.

Optional add‑ons include procurement (we purchase for you) and styling & furniture installation once everything arrives.
