Full service is end-to-end interior design, taking your project from the first conversation through to the finished home or business. We coordinate every detail: from space planning, lighting, material specification, sourcing, procurement, to installation & styling.

This approach is particularly suited to renovations, period properties, and larger projects where design and execution need to work seamlessly together.
We take the time to understand how you live, what the building needs, and what you want from the space, then develop and deliver the design from start to finish. The result is a finished home that feels cohesive, personal, and effortless — without you having to manage the process yourself.

Everything from the first consultation to the moment the last cushion is placed: the four design stages, followed by tender, sourcing and procurement, project coordination, and installation and styling.

Commercial spaces, full homes, those undertaking renovations, and those completing full refurbishments. Especially period properties, where thoughtful design is only half the work and flawless execution is the rest. Ideal for busy clients who feel overwhelmed by decisions and want their home done well, right the first time.

The design stages (01 to 04) are a fixed fee, set out in your Design Fee Proposal. The delivery stages (05 to 08) are charged at our hourly rate of £110, so you only pay for the time your project actually needs. We take on full-service projects with a budget of £50,000 and over.

We work alongside your contractor's project/site manager: liaising with trades, attending site, and keeping the design on track as it is built. Projects are always subject to changes, delays, and on-site problem-solving; we’ll bring you solutions and options for approval. The contractors run the build; we make sure the interiors are as designed.

Always. Every piece is presented through your own project dashboard; this contains your approved designs, project schedule, budget, and room-by-room details. Nothing is ordered until you approve and pay for it. We ask for prompt payments, so that we can keep your project moving.

If you would rather see your home revealed all at once, our white-glove service delivers and installs everything in one go. This is an additional cost that we quote once every piece has been signed off.

It depends on your scope, property, and complexity, and each project is different. Once your team is appointed at the tender stage, you will be given a schedule of works with real dates. These are always subject to change, and we recommend allowing a contingency when it comes to budget and time.

For Full Service, you have one round of revisions at the conceptual stage and one round at the detailed stage included in your fee; further revisions will be charged at our hourly rate. Revisions are documented using our feedback form and must be as detailed as possible. Revisions are different from redesigns, but this will all be discussed with you when we run through your design proposal with you.
