The Power Hour is our virtual one-hour design session. It’s designed to help you move forward with a clear plan and the confidence to execute it, because sometimes all you need is an uninterrupted hour with an experienced interior designer.

Whether you’re choosing paint colours, refining a furniture layout, discussing a renovation, reviewing floor plans, or simply seeking reassurance before making important decisions, the Power Hour gives you dedicated time to ask questions, explore ideas, and get expert advice for your space.

What is the Power Hour

During the consultation, we’ll discuss whatever feels most valuable to you. For some clients, that’s one significant design decision. For others, it’s working through a list of smaller questions that have been building over time.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Anyone with a decision in front of them, or a list of decisions that has been quietly growing, who wants an experienced eye before committing. It suits people mid-project, about to make a significant purchase, or simply stuck in the overwhelm and decision fatigue of it all.

  • Complete a short questionnaire and send photos, rough measurements, and any plans or inspiration you have. We review everything beforehand, so we spend the whole hour focused on your home rather than on introductions.

  • More than you might expect. Some clients bring one significant decision, such as a kitchen layout or the colour scheme for a whole floor. Others bring twenty smaller ones. List your questions in order of priority in the questionnaire, and we will work through them in that order. Further hours can be booked if there’s a lot to cover.

  • A written summary with our recommendations, references and next steps, delivered within 48 hours. Particularly useful when you are standing in front of forty shades of white and cannot remember which one we said.

  • Yes. The Power Hour takes place over a video call, so it works wherever you are. If you would like us in the room, our Design Service is the service for that.

  • No. The Power Hour is focused on advice rather than a design scheme. If you want drawings, a furniture layout, and a full specification, that is our Interior Design Service; you can explore our services here

  • If you book our Full Service within 30 days, we will deduct the £195 from your design fee.

  • Click on ‘Book a Power Hour ’, choose a time that suits you, book and pay online. We will then send you a link to our pre-consultation questionnaire. We ask that you complete this at least 48 hours before your session.

    You can reschedule free of charge with at least 48 hours’ notice. If you cancel within 48 hours, you will be charged full price for the session. If you reschedule within 48 hours of your booked session, you will be charged a £20 fee.
